Forschungszentrum Jülich is a European hotspot for quantum research with superb research infrastructure. This is where quantum computers that will revolutionize data processing are being created. The combination of basic research, theory, and development facilitates excellent research conditions.
The QSolid and OpenSuperQPlus projects aim to develop universal quantum computers for Germany and Europe. These new computers will solve highly complex issues in fields such as medicine, climate, and cryptography with unrivalled speed and efficiency. JUNIQ, the Jülich UNified Infrastructure for Quantum computing, provides science and industry with access to demonstration facilities and prototype quantum computers, quantum annealers, quantum simulators, and quantum computer emulators at various stages of development.
