Prize for Excellent Community Building

Jülich, 5 November 2021 – Prof. Tommaso Calarco and his team, together with Laure Le Bars, have been awarded the Business Excellence Prize in Quantum Technologies at the 35th Spanish Digital and Telecommunication Economy Summit. Calarco, who is director at Jülich’s Quantum Control subinstitute, and Le Bars, president of the European Quantum Industry Consortium (QuIC), received the prize in recognition of the community building process which culminated in the foundation of QuIC.
