ICEPE 2013: International conference presents new ways to switch to renewable energies

Transforming the energy system is an enormous challenge. The G8 countries have decided to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by at least 80 percent by 2050.

By 2030, a large proportion of energy is to come from renewable sources. The question of how this goal can be technically implemented in concrete terms will be the focus of the 3rd ICEPE Conference with over 170 experts from around the world from June 3 to 6 in Frankfurt.
