Warum und woran ich forsche
My research focuses on applying 4D-STEM to map local strain and electromagnetic field in crystalline materials, while extending it to amorphous materials through fluctuation EM, ePDF, and symmetry analysis. These techniques allow me to quantify structural heterogeneity across different length scales and study how it influences material properties.
