JARA scientists in the JARA Institute for Quantum Information undertake research in many different areas in order to implement the development of a quantum computer.
About us
After several years of preparation and discussion, the JARA Institute for Quantum Information was founded by a joint act of Forschungszentrum Jülich and RWTH Aachen University on 1st April 2016.
It institutionalizes the strong research linkage in the area of quantum computing and other areas of quantum information that already existed between the two organizations.
