Prof. Lucia Banci awarded the Richard R. Ernst Prize in Magnetic Resonance

Paolo got his PhD in chemistry about three decades ago under the supervision of two highly successful scientists, Prof. Lucia Banci (University of Florence, Italy) and Prof. Michele Parrinello (Italian Institute of Technology, Genoa, Italy). They  have received many prestigious prizes for their studies in biomolecular NMR and molecular simulation, respectively. The last prize has just been awarded to Prof. Banci. This is the Richard Ernst Prize, given to her for her contributions to paramagnetic NMR and its application to intracellular transport of metal ions. Congratulations Lucia!
