Dr. Massimo Sandal defended his Ph.D. thesis

June 1, 2016 - Congratulations to our former Ph.D. student Massimo Sandal who successfully defended his (second) Ph.D. thesis.

On June 1, Massimo got his second Ph.D. in biophysics by discussing his thesis entitled "Finding common structural traits of GPCRs by computational molecular biology approaches" at the German Research School for Simulation Sciences. He took his first PhD in functional biology of molecular and cellular systems at the University of Bologna (Italy) in 2008.
