In the research area bioinformatics, algorithms are developed which support the analysis and evaluation of sequencing.

IBG-4 and the group of Prof. B. Usadel develop and published algorithms and software, which enables and supports the editing and analysis of DNA or RNA sequencing as well as the evaluation and interpretation of sequence and expression data.
