JuWinHPC General Meeting Breakfast

Dear male colleagues!

We are teaming up to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace for everyone and would like to introduce you to our network “Jülich Women in HPC”. Since so far mainly women have been engaged in our discussions, we would like to hear your thoughts this time! Maybe you are curious and want to have a look at what we are fighting for. We are eager to understand different perspectives and maybe you can help us with constructive criticism to improve our work? For instance, we would like to hear from you:

- What do you think of our group? Do you think it is necessary or helpful?

- Do you think men can also benefit from it?

- Do you feel welcome to join the initiative? If not, what can we do/change?

For this purpose we invite you to a discussion on Friday 8th September 2023 at 9:00 in the meeting room 1 (JSC). Feel free to bring your coffee/tea; we've got muffins/biscuits covered.
