Dr. Alexander van Meegen defended his Ph.D. thesis

Congratulations to our former Ph.D. student Alexander van Meegen, who successfully defended his Ph.D. thesis.

Alexander graduated summa cum laude from University of Cologne, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The title of his thesis was "Simulation and Theory of Large-Scale Cortical Networks".

Currently Alexander is a Swartz Postdoctoral Fellow with the Sompolinsky Group at the Center of Brain Science, Harvard University.
