Christmas Tree and Second-Hand Book Sale at ZB

The Central Library (ZB) is looking forward to a visit from a group from the “Kleine Füchse” daycare centre on 30 November. The second-hand book sale will start on 1 December.

From 10:00 to 10:30 on 30 November 2015, the children will decorate the Christmas tree in the Central Library with ornaments they have made themselves and then sing Christmas carols.

Their efforts will be rewarded with Christmas biscuits and a drink.

The decorated Christmas tree will delight ZB users for the time remaining until Christmas.

At the same time, the second-hand children’s book sale for the benefit of the “Kleine Füchse” will take place between 1 and 18 December.

Employees of Forschungszentrum Jülich, colleagues from the Central Library, and, of course, the children’s parents are warmly invited to come and offer their support to the Kleine Füchse group as well as to donate books for the second-hand book sale.
