MPTRAC
Massive-Parallel Trajectory Calculations (MPTRAC) is a Lagrangian particle dispersion model for the analysis of atmospheric transport processes in the free troposphere and stratosphere.

JuRSE selected highlights
MPTRAC provides interfaces with other software for meteorological data. This code has been optimised for GPUs and is ready for the JUPITER supercomputer. Their automated tests cover several capabilities and monitor performance on HPC systems. MPTRAC was recently improved through a natESM coding sprint to enhance its API and user-friendliness.
