UniWind Kompetenzen Toolbox (only available in German)
The University Association for the Qualification of Young Academics in Germany (UniWiND) is a network of currently 74 member institutions which have made the promotion of young academics a central task of their universities. The UniWind toolbox includes practical tools to promote competence development in the following ten core areas (so-called competence clusters): Professional competencies, leadership competencies, creativity, teaching and didactic competencies, oral communication competencies, project management, written communication competencies, self-management, systematic work and teamwork.
