Focus: Magnetic resonance imaging – a look inside the human brain

30 Sep 2021 15:00

On Thursday, 30th September at 15:00, PhD student Fabian Küppers will give a presentation about the work of the MR group of the Institute of Neuroscience and Medicine (INM) 4. This group is primarily concerned with the development of new methods in magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and the measurement sequences required for this, with a focus on brain research. In particular, the researchers are interested in the quantification of MR data, structural and functional imaging, imaging of sodium in the brain and high-field MR.

Anyone with an internet connection and a PC or tablet (preferably also with a camera and microphone) can join the presentation at the specified time. The presentation will be in German. No registration is necessary.
