Three Excellent Young Scientists Honoured

Forschungszentrum Jülich awards 2013 Excellence Prize

Jülich, 17 June 2013 – Giuseppe Mercurio, Felix Plöger, and Chao Zhang are the recipients of Forschungszentrum Jülich’s 2013 Excellence Prize. The three early-career scientists received the award, including prize money of € 5,000 each, at Forschungszentrum Jülich on Saturday. Jülich also celebrated the achievements of the other 37 PhD students and bid them farewell at an official ceremony entitled ‘JuDocs 2013 – Karriere made in Jülich’. The theme of the ceremony centred on the internationality of science and research.
